SESSIONS WITH MANAV
For Preteens and Teens
Coaching sessions support the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of a preteen/teen. They are provided simple and practical tools to identify and transform limiting beliefs, difficult emotions and challenging social situations including anger, stress, rage, shame, guilt, unworthiness, trauma, bullying and so on.
Tools used include art, meditative practices, contemplative practices such as self inquiry and these tools are used in fun and easy ways.
As a result, the empowered preteen/teen is able to drive their actions and behavior in a conscious way toward happiness, well-being and success.
Session Duration: 60 minutes
Conducted 1-1 in person (Austin, TX, USA) or via Skype (anywhere in the world)
LEARN TO MEDITATE WITH MANAV
Through this session, a preteen/teen can start learning meditation with Manav as well as deepen or go further into their meditation practice. The tools and techniques are imparted in a simple, fun and entertaining manner.
A parent or friend gets to join as well.
